    At 11:07 today 7 million shares were at $0.64

    I wonder if there is a mistake and should have been $0.74

    11:04:01 am 74 31,783

    The other 2 transactions went through at market prices!
    Why not this one?

    I wonder if that is why todays low is $0.70 and not $0.64 as well.
