    Nope, the IE never cleared anything. It was a review based on agreement between ISX as the client and Clayton Utz as the hired professional. I have addressed the topic in my earlier posts.

    The reason for the suspension was given on the 2nd of October 2019 and is detailed in the SOR. There were a lot of announcements by ISX that in my view confirmed that ISX has always known what the suspension was for.
