It may go past some but court has NOTHING to do with not trading.
There are only very limited reasons why an ASX listed company is prevented from trading. They actually pay yearly fees so that they can participate in the market.
We are now, finally, at the point where it is a little unclear why there is no trading.
IMO ISX has not been 'busting a gut' to tick the boxes to allow requotation to occur. I do not know why that is.
The only outstanding matter that I can see is the matter of escrow. Talks concerning escrow ground to a halt in 2019 with the ball in the ISX court, as far as I can tell. The rest is fluff. I can trade around the fluff. What I cannot trade around is a suspended stock.
