... and as J.Davies said that ASX SOR leaves a lot of "very serious questions" regarding inferences with no clear evidence of ISX breaches and the IE report proving that ASX allegations are false, J. Davies will likely come down hard on ASX ... will this mean a direction against ASX to lift the suspension?
With all this mounting up and added the ASIC investigation of ASX .... no doubt the pressure will be building on ASX to recant, apologise and restore ISX to trading.
