Nasha you are fully right to be skeptical, Fortunately the ASX have now come to a cross road. If they continually suspend without due reason, all their outside support (minus the ones they pay) will evaporate and a behemoth of a class action claim will smack them in the teeth not to mention the damages payout. If they reinstate, settle the matter out of court and play the impartial market operator card it will be substantially less painful/less costly and less risky, and they are already overdue on their decision. If they play the "oh we are waiting for ASIC to finish their investigation card...they will get crucified by the judge.
