ASX are stuck - lift suspension now, would be real bad, go to court - we all see how much
they get ASIC involved in another research- and they can say this is why it's suspended... but that information or request (I'm guessing) was not known on or before 2 October 2019.
ASX will say ongoing investigations - but I can't see how that's a reason to suspend (if the listing rules were written in a balanced way).
Corporate law breach - is what ASX should be concerned about.
