With a dividend yield of 8.4% and a price to book value of 0.8x. GJT must be one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest quality REIT on the ASX. RFF comes close but its portfolio is agricultural based - too volatile in my opinion. IDR, GDI, ANI, TIX, TOF, AUP, CMW have higher yields but are not trading above book value.
