Jones has some good points. More information should be given on Madam Cheung.
Oz there has been no mention of whether Madam Cheung still holds her intial 2 million shares. As far as i can see, she is not listed as a substantial holder. Therefore you would not know if she still has her shares picked up at 40c or if she has sold.
The other 4 million she picked up are subject to shareholder approval. Once they are approved then you will see if she still holds those 2 million or not.
