I'm not having a dig at anyone who is a true believer in the fundamentals of this company. I just find it more than a little intriguing when a 2.5 month old company (since IPO) turns into a 16 bagger (at the highs) and then throw in mysterious Chinese, Kazaks with questionable motives (Askar Mamin), Panamanian shelf companies, and a bunch of Aussie goldminers jumping all over a heads of agreement with due diligence to follow.
As I said before, I am genuinely pleased for the HC fraternity who have made out on this, that's what we're all in the game for, but as a corporate bond trader by profession I've seen these "too good to be true" stories before and they all end up the same way...
I say go for a punt on this one if you can afford to lose the punt. I'm considering a punt myself but am trying to get to the bottom of things to see if it's worth it.
