I got into LYC recently, probably was a bit off with my timing. Didn't want to risk this thing going higher and so took a position. Correct me if I am wrong but LYC plan to do 11,000 tons annually with a cash cost of $ 10 or so on a $ 50/kg basket price. I mean that is about 1/2 a billion dollars there. They plan to ramp up to 22,000 tons per annum eventually. No sign of correction in RE spot price. Skies the limit if the RE spot price continues upwards. This stock has the potential to be a 10 bucka at some point in the future. I understand that there is a bubble element to the RE spot price. I think the spot price has some way to go before we are in bubble territory. Anyhow it seems to me that there is some sort of manipulation going on in the LYC share price. Interested to hear other peoples thoughts as I am new to this stock and maybe am missing something.
