    I'm looking forward to 8.5% yield over the next 10 months...
    8 cents CR/ 9 cents Div / 9 cents Div. SP can stay where it is...go up...go down. It's a cash machine. I had a 260% capital gain and now an 8.5% yield. Or put another way a 30.5% yield on my original investment.
