Ivanovich - they have cleared debt, sold assets and recorded a profit, generated cash. Commendable. Thats what they get paid to do. So why do they need a pay rise? As a reward? I thought thats what the options were for a few years back -to drive performance. Why do they need another director to lighten their lightened work load? Compliance - they havent complied for awhile.

So what are the board doing about falling or stagnant ATM #s (based on numbers published by the company over a long period of time), falling trans or threat to trans, increasing payments to merchants.

I am not saying the sky is falling today or even tomorrow -but it is under threat and no one wants to acknowledge it. Ostriches.
