I can see where your coming from but I still think they have done a remarkable job in getting CUS to where they are today and can be rewarded with both options and renumeration. Yes the challenge for the future is to grow the business and that's going to be hard in a mature market. However with the lowest cost model in the business expect I have full confidence that they will grow the company and earnings.
