I hope for your sake that the results have already been factored in... but IMO I can't see it being the case and the reason for my exit and sideline commentary.
All my opinion - but I reckon demerger has been deferred in the hope that they can further "clean house" of balance sheet mess (intangibles & accelerate depreciation to match actual effective life of their assets) and also see some stabilization in profitability before it occurs - increased adjustments will impact P&L in the near term - so that later results look rosy.
If they don't do this, once the demerge occurs Accel will be dropped like a lead balloon by one and all. Hopefully they have been able to secure financing for the new co's that is not dependent on share price...
