That's probably happening.
Another posssibility is that for someone like Farjoy wanting to get the share price up beyond their average and as protection against a low-ball offer ... this is a better time to do it (low volume and few sellers) rather than the last month when there has been an excess of sellers if not deliberate suppression of any rise.
Now .. only takes 5-10 million of buying to move it 1-2 cents. last weeks it would have taken 50m and it would also then have probably retraced most of it.
