IMO / DYOR - the SP will have nothing to do with an offer for the company. This price will be placed on the value or expected value of the assets within the company...
Forget anyone trying to push the SP up because they are worried about a low ball offer - that makes no sence?
(My calculations) even pricing the Co at 50 per barrel of oil, we are currently at between 40 - 50c (IMO / DYOR) - now we will also want a premium for the Kenyan acreage - so add some more on for that, then there is cash in bank and the expertise of the personnel within the Co...
People believe that we will just sell the Senegal assets, but if a O&G Co is looking, they will be looking at the whole package - snapping the entire Co up in one hit...
Once again - ALL IMO / DYOR...
