you say rare diseases and no treatment gets us to market quicker, when you say RARE disease does that nesessarily mean alot of people will afford the treatment?

Like someone said in a previous post the drug that will treat kidney problems, alot of people will buy that like people with diabetes, alcoholics etc... thats a good market as alot of folk will suffer from that especially in western countries where people drink alot and eat bad food = good for us and our pockets $$$$.

but finding a cure for a disease maybe 1 in 1 million people get isnt that smart is it?

or a disease that people only get in africa, as they wont be able to afford it and their corrupt govts spend hardly any $$ on healthcare, so the best thing to do is find a cure for a disease that many people get or suffer from in the west, where they will be able to afford the cure, right?
