Yes risk41, I looked at AJA a while back and there was not much difference between AJA and GJT except that AJA was paying down debt quicker than GJT and therefore paying a lower dividend yield. I choose GJT as I preferred cash in my pocket sooner and from memory I think AJA was also trading at a lower discount to book value.
