The current divi is 1.05 cents per quarter or 4.2 cents annually - your comsec will show historic divi's paid which are not being maintained - so if you pay 47 cents per share and get (assuming the divi is maintained at current levels) then the yield is just over 8.9% and currently trading below it's net tangible assets which have been valued as recently as June 09
