Having optic fiber as the backbone of our internet needs doesnt preclude the wide use of wireless tech when we are outside the home or workplace.
Either does NOT having fibre to every household in Australia.
The problem is, the trend is of increased mobile usage (funnily enough at lower speeds than what you can get via fixed line). This flies in the face of Labor's claim that 80% of households will take on NBN making it financially viable. 80% will NOT take on the NBN.
