    Agree. The 4 majors have money to lend and are actively seeking growth though lending. They are ightening their criteria, but as you say, IGR will prepare well and will be well placed to get a loan. ther is also the new government bank, or Ahmed's bank :)

    So I do not see any issues with funding after the BFS and other prep work. None.
