When details of it's jv coal deal in Qld is made known to the market I don't think you'll see 5c again.
GUL saw a little activity yesterday - volumes still low but
noticed a 1,000,000 order appear on HGL buy side this morning (HGL are major s/holder of GUL & have a vast area of coal tenements in Qld thru their subsidiary Bundaberg Coal Pty Ltd - IMO this is the jv partner.
Also waiting on confirmation of GUL's NSW coal licence
