Thanks $$$$$$$$ I understand where you are coming from and that makes logical sense. I suppose i should have expanded as on the the 4th of March they did a 3b for 4.6 million shares at a strike price of 4.5cents and raised 150k. Also there is the shareholder programme and any potential short fall.
If a director is prepared to pay 8c with no discount when the shares are at approx 6 cents at the beginning of trade he knows something that we dont.
