The one stand out bit of info that sticks with me over all else. Is that they pegged this land before chalices big find. So they went from pegging a potential target to a high chance to now having a company making block of land.

chalice nearly hit $7 friday.
then we got the gold project in NT which we are drilling in april / may. With other projects in that area hitting 7mill oz resources.
