You highlight a problem - if we haven't drilled at Northam yet and drilling in NT is scheduled for April / May, when do they drill Northam. If they could drill it they would, my top 3 reasons (based purely on speculation given the lack of communication from MAN) are:

1) They haven't got tenure for land access, because the prospect is on private land excised from the exploration tenement. Evidence for this is on the WA Tenement Register website that states "Inclusion of Private Land" is pending from 26/02/21. I think it explains the sudden departure of one of the directors who was probably involved in the commercial negotiations. While they did the deal with the landowner, they forgot it was excised. Dates are: 26/02 - announced access agreement; 26/02 - applied for inclusion; 04/03 (Thursday) - presentation to market saying "drilling in March"; *speculation - on Friday someone realises there's an issue*; 08/03 (Monday) - non-exec director with "experience in commercial negotiation" quits. The land access agreement is good but pricey @ $20,000/year for access + $230,000/year for the purchase option fee = $500,000 for 2 years, so its enough to give someone the boot if there's a mistake.

2) Drill rig availability means they've bundled up drilling for WA and NT so they've pushed the two programs together;

3) Drilling it would kill it - unlikely, since its a screamingly good target that's gagging to be drilled. I had another read of the previous exploration results from 1978 and its a great place to drill, there's no geological reason for change your mind on drilling it.
