Hi Tubber thanks for your comments, I can now understand what they may be up against I am in the building industry and over the last few year there are so many new rules and bureaucratic and hurdles you have comply with before you can start at project, its far quicker to build a designer home in 6 to12 months and 12 to 18 months to design and comply with planning and building approvals
