There's 3 options as I see it.
- lose patience, sell and seek profit elsewhere
- contact the company and ask for an update on progress in light of things not going to the timetable set out in the last announcement
- hold on and be patient as the story has only just begun, and maybe use this lull to accumulate more.
Whilst WA is fairly isolated due to their border restrictions, the rest of the country has tried to open up and return to normal only for that to be derailed by the latest Qld cl*sterf*ck. I'm not saying that covid is responsible for this delay, there may well be a valid reason that will soon become apparent.
Remember, the land acquisition deal was an ANN worth waiting for and would've involved a lot of negotiation between the company and the land owner. Decent RE-rate from this announcement,
