from memory this project is the one where INPEX is having problems getting approval for an onshore LNG processing facility thru the WA govt, and so has put forward a proposal to the NT govt to create it in darwin.
a lot of work (pipelines etc) needed to get that gas to darwin for processing - hopefully neppys toe is in the water.
