dunno77, It's an interesting point you make about the original estimates being 5m. With 8m of exposed surface iron-ore it would have to be a pretty sceptical view of the world for someone to argue that the 5m estimate might be the limit of the depth.
Area E looks to be the most intense area of the current 5 areas within tenement 882.
The currently discussed estimate of tonnage being based on a 5m depth when their is now visible /exposed Fe to 8m pretty much opens the discussion to does the tenement 882 have conservatively double the estimate or more?
I think even a conservative estimate would be a tonnage double that from what has been originally estimated.
Iron potentially on the site could be what?, 10m, 25m 40 metres deep? Each average 5 metre depth is a doubling of the original tonnage estimates.
There could quite possibly be more to this tenement being kept that is obvious at first glance.
There could be a fair bit of activity in FDL today on the asx. ( just a hunch)
