From the report the 8million tonnes appears to be a given from the Hammersley E47/1306 or E47/1016 FDL-FMG joint
venture. I'm not very well up on estimating these resources
but another poster came up with
$4000 per tonne * 8 mill * 1/100 / 1billion shares =32c(
feel free to point out any errors/omissions as this is my
amateur attempt).

But that's only part of it. The other Hammersley Tenement
E47/882(FDL 100%) has the target of "between 325 and 390 million tonnes" - those are the figures that would cause
excitement IMHO.
