I personally don't think they will do a CR under the currant market conditions.
I believe they have plenty of time and resources to wait it out, at least for the foreseeable future with regards to a CR.
Silver and Zinc will rebound again sometime soon.
That being said, I am buying at these low levels trying to average down my own holdings.
No better time to buy than at ALL TIME LOWS?
