The maximum I give mates is 50 bucks.
Most of the time the 50 bucks gets returned, and sometimes they throw in a slab as well, so the return is pretty healthy in those instances.
There is a few 50 bucks that I may never see again, but that's life and it's not enough to cause much of a problem between mates.
