Could you please give us some explanation of your understanding of
"Zip needs improvement if it is to survive"
And
"Dive into their Financials. It tells a story, some loss trends a concern. "
Because this will/may add some value to your post....just saying, I might learn something, all opinion are valuable once explained with facts.
And if you have that much concern, why to you have a "buy" sentiment. I'll be honest with you, if I would have concern about their survival, and their finance...I would not be here.
Not saying you are wrong, I am always open to other input.
