The last of your two examples are secured finance.
I have never enquired whether the ZIP finance documents contain a retention of title clause. A quick search has failed to yield any insight. Does anyone know off the top of their head? That is, if the customer repeatedly defaults, does Zip assert the right to sell the asset purchased with the debt?
