I did. It appears to be de-risked, worse case scenario, the board recommends we ignore the offers to sell our shares. Those who bought higher, which is most investors I assume, will not sell. Those who bought, like me, at a 10% discount to the Spanish offer, will sell and take our 10%.

Best case scenario, the board keeps talking to the suitor and negotiates a better offer that they will recommend, so that they don't have to deal with a hostile takeover bid, as Ferrovial has signalled that they are not going away this time. I have no idea what that offer might be, but perhaps midway between their last offer of 1.95 and this one at 1.35.
