Best case scenario, the board keeps talking to the suitor and negotiates a better offer that they will recommend, so that they don't have to deal with a hostile takeover bid, as Ferrovial has signalled that they are not going away this time. I have no idea what that offer might be, but perhaps midway between their last offer of 1.95 and this one at 1.35.

I reckon they will have to offer at least $1.50-1.60 given that was price in july and june to secure enough for a board seat and go hostile.

$1.35 is too little for instos and Allan Gray.
