The board has IMO been highly negligent in protecting shareholder value. Yes, the general market has been bad but they certainly could be telling us of such developments. Their brief comment regarding the convertible was extremely stupid. Convertibles CAN bankrupt a company--happened over here many times. You can't structure one with a variable share price because before you know it you have diluted the hell out of the stock, and the price will never recover.
Do they acknowledge OUR interests when they ignore PR or when they give us the barest of facts? NO. It's shameful.
