I'm sure the banks will lend 50% of the cost of the construction of the mine the other $250 million would be capital raise. If at $15/ sh then only 16 million shares issued. The AISC would be covered by the credits from the Ni, Cu, Au, Pt and Cobalt. When the final figures come out I suspect that the cost will be negative such are the mineral rich zones.
