I would have picked up a few thousand $ worth at 30c if I had cash in my trading account yesterday, transferred some $ overnight in the hopes the fire sale would continue.

I saw that both WQW & WMC sold off yesterday, WQW on the highest volume since the start of the year and WMC on high(ish) levels too. Could be a coincidence, but both of these companies listed via the same advisory firm. My guess is that there was just an institutional / large investor (who may have had positions in both companies + potentially others) who needed to get liquid and sold into the bid.
