Agree, it's likely to drop ex-dividend, but there are a couple of weeks until that time (over which time it may rise further) and may only be by the amount of the dividend or a little more.
I will add that my familiarity with most stocks is in the resource sector, this is the first company I've owned (directly) outside of gold and silver explorers/miners (and a bank I was working for). I am not an expert on China / retail / food stocks, but I was interested in this space and all the research I was doing indicated it was well priced for it's assets, earnings, potential and dividend Also like the chart with the steady rise from early June.
