I have a feeling, the big international holding funds, like Vanguard and JP, are behind most of it with regards to the MSCI exits/entries, exploiting their own clients' money as they shuffle money between different index funds (ie. from the MSCI smallcap index to the MSCI microcap index). Easy trading profits for them.
