Given Neon already up, running and money making ventures in USA, Southern equities already beleive they are undervalued greatlty, before the Vietnam projects get into full swing.
Therefore on their analysis if these drills turn up a duster (like NDO in vietnam) then the stock in theory should still be worth $1.20
