    Management really need to pull there finger out. SM saying that sp doesn't matter for negotiations is crazy talk and displays a fundamental misunderstanding of the market. Someone is picking this stock off by continually hitting the bid. We have cxa trades going through and piddly amounts of 4-6k going through within seconds of each other.
