what sort of govt. minister and board have we got that could even consider tenders from cartels that dont have the necessary infrastructure, vehicles, employees, relevant experience etc to complete the project.
a tenderer that appears to be an acceptable tender price wise, should be made to provide substantial evidence
of their relevant experience, infrastucture, vehicle and emloyees.
but i am afraid we have got inexperienced mugs running this thing and the whole thing will turn out a botch, will cost the taxpayer a fortune and will be redundant before it is completed.
i beleive one consortium includes wealthy investers like soloman lew. ive got nothing against soloman but what do those people know about the infrastructure required.
just like many previous issued govt. contracts such as our television reception, terrestial tv antenna`s are an eyesore and some overseas countries have 100 channels.
what have we had for 20 years ? 5 channels.
