also, do you not think that all this money tied up in hedge funds has anything to do with oil prices ?
what lead to the massive price drop earlier on from high 70s back to 50s ? artificially high prices to begin with.
the true price of oil is what it is now, a happy medium between the lows and highs of last year.
also, most oil producing nations are well comfortable with their increased revenue from the higher oil prices, do you really think they will increase production, bring the price down and do themselves out of more money?
