If you think the SP can not go any lower wait for the consolidation. As stated before the Directors have refused to put their own money in to buy up all those bargain shares @ .002.
At what price do you think the CR will be at after Consolidation.. Theres an instant drop Do you think the directors will put themselves on a performance incentive concerning their pay. As I have said they refuse to even back themselves.

Also note they had 10 mill to get AB to production and reportedly had 2 very good Directors on board to ensure it was done. They have since resigned. That was 4 years ago. 6 months ago they had a EGM again with glowing reports about AB and the simple process it was to mine the Sands.
Why wasnt there a road show to seek investors and draw the attention of brokers to attract attention to this company. try to increase SP . IMO it is just evidence what is to come. A falling SP.
If you carefully read the prospectus it all depends on quite a few factors. ONE is funding. Plenty of it and based on IF.
