80% year on year growth on small revenue is impressive but somewhat easy. Maintaining this year after year, the numbers get a lot bigger quick and a lot harder. I'm expecting an out perform on revenue growth due to the lag in bedding in new staff and time to convert clients but even maintaining this growth rate will rapidly cause a rerate IMHO
