Why wouldnt you buy-trading under cash backing, 10 cent dividend likely in the short term, and a raft of assets that will be sold by Christmas!!!
Also its not a rubbish blue sky H.C pumped stock like so many others.It has facts, figures, assets and cash in the bank to support all claims :)
