Given that TS has aid they are chasing the $80M + interest, there may be a negotaited settlement for the $80M only or an amount slightly less.
It is a positive but lets just hope that the matter is now expedited.
My understanding was that once the $80M was deposited, a court date would be set to deal with the substantive issue.
