As a young guy he brought the world back from the brink.
And when the Reagan administration wanted to interpret the 1972 SALT I treaty loosely to allow development of the Strategic Defense Initiative, Biden argued for strict adherence to the treaty, making the world a safer place once again.
Meanwhile in 1979, Cadet Bone Spurs Donald Trump was being taught to speak like a wise guy by his partners in the Gambino and Genovese families, had almost evaded his first FBI investigation for using Mafia cement contractors, and had a massive case of herpes from banging hookers.
